Allfinn was founded after recognizing the problems inherent in purchasing financial products, where providers often solely prioritize "sales volumes" over addressing clients needs in a substantive manner.
This issue resonated with Kasidit's own experiences. Whether attempting to purchase mutual funds or insurance products, he was frequently subjected to aggressive "sales tactics" with little regard for his specific requirements. When seeking in-depth information, salespeople proved unable to provide satisfactory responses, ultimately compelling him to conduct his own research and comparisons.
Timeline
Enhancing client service through "technology"
In 2017, Kasidit invited a group of friends working in finance and investment, experts in the fields of investing, insurance, and financial planning, to co-found Allfinn. The goal was to provide consulting and comparative analysis of financial products from multiple partner sources, with a core focus on addressing clients' unique financial needs.
Subsequently, in 2021, the company restructured into a start-up model by incorporating technology into client services. This enabled each financial planner to service a larger client base, setting the objective of becoming a world-class "FinTech Company."
